We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Manager for our client's modern, purpose-built nursing home in Brighton. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in nursing home management and expertise in driving culture change and improving occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards of care.
* Lead and implement culture change initiatives to foster a positive, person centered environment.
* Develop and execute strategies to improve occupancy rates.
* Manage and support staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a motivated and effective team.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
* Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to optimise resources.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in nursing home management with a focus on culture change and occupancy improvement.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the care sector.
* Ability to develop and implement strategic plans effectively.
* Nursing qualification (preferable)
