JOB TITLE Business Development Manager LOCATION Clifton area, Bristol SALARY AND OTE Basic salary £32,000 Realistic OTE £38,000 plus WORKING HOURS Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6:00pm No weekends OVERVIEW Due to continued growth, an established lettings business is looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to join a busy, high performing team covering Clifton and surrounding central Bristol areas. This is a great opportunity for someone with rental valuation experience who enjoys building long term landlord relationships and thrives in a fast paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Conduct accurate rental valuations and secure new instructions 2. Generate new business and grow managed and let only portfolios 3. Build and maintain long term relationships with landlords 4. Handle offers, negotiations, and landlord tenant queries professionally 5. Run day to day elements of the business within your area of control 6. Implement local strategies to support growth and market share 7. Drive performance and support others as the team expands 8. Ensure compliance with systems, standards, and lettings legislation 9. Contribute to a high performing, service driven office culture 10. Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and performance targets WHAT YOU WILL NEED 1. Confident, driven, and passionate about property and people 2. Proven experience in a similar role covering valuations, instructions, and negotiations 3. Commercial mindset with a strong eye for opportunity 4. Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities 5. Team focused self starter with a strong work ethic 6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 7. Able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast moving market 8. Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance, or a genuine willingness to learn PACKAGE 1.
