About the role
As a Senior AV Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and the agency, immersing yourself in their brands to deliver exceptional campaigns and projects. You’ll craft media plans, oversee campaign execution, and play a pivotal role in new business pitches. Reporting directly to one of the company directors, you’ll manage 3-4 brands AV planning and buying across diverse categories.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, ambitious and eager to build a career in marketing and advertising within a fast-paced, integrated environment. You’ll work closely with Board-level colleagues and senior clients, gaining exposure and insight into high-level decision-making.
Work Environment
We embrace a hybrid working model with flexible hours. Expect to spend about 10 days per month collaborating in our shared workspace in Soho. Any changes to this arrangement will be communicated well in advance.

What you’ll be doing:
* Stay ahead of trends and the latest AV developments across TV, BVOD, SVOD, cinema and audio, translating insight into smart future-facing solutions that elevate client performance
* Support in delivering market leading AV media planning and buying, balancing data precision with bold creative thinking to drive standout award winning work
* Partner closely with clients to understand their world, ensuring plans connect to clear business objectives and KPIs while delivering measurable impact
* Build and nurture relationships with media owners, uncovering fresh opportunities and hosting engaging weekly sessions to keep the team inspired and informed
* Lead AV client status updates, reporting calls and performance reviews to ensure every campaign is not only well run but constantly optimised
* Help in delivering best in class post campaign analysis, leveraging the latest AV measurement tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights
* Champion responsible media ensuring client strategies consider impact and sustainability while advocating for ethical media choices and inclusive messaging.
* Take a lead role in building and shaping the future AV team by helping define roles, mentoring junior talent and cultivating a culture of shared learning and growth
* Contribute to the broader agency journey by bringing energy, ideas and ownership to a growing and ambitious business rewriting the rules of media
Requirements
* A driven curious and collaborative AV specialist who thrives in fast moving environments and wants to be part of something different
* At least 4 years of hands on experience in AV media planning and buying with strong client facing exposure and a track record of effective campaign delivery
* Deep knowledge of the UK AV media landscape with a sharp understanding of how audiences engage across TV, BVOD, SVOD, cinema, radio and digital audio
* Confident working with AV specific tools including TechEdge, K2, Adalyser or TV Squared and CARIA and comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (particularly Excel or Sheets and PowerPoint or Slides)
* A collaborative team player with leadership potential who is excited by the chance to help shape a new kind of media agency
* Passionate about media, creativity and innovation with a desire to push boundaries, unlock insight and do work that makes a difference

* Role: Permanent, full time
* Salary: £45,000 reviewed regularly in line with performance and inflation.
