Responsibilities:
Conduct reputational risk assessments for influencers and partners.
analyse online behaviour and public content to identify potential risks.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders.
Manage the pipeline of partnership review requests efficiently.
Prepare clear summaries and recommendations for senior leaders.
Maintain relationships with external suppliers and tools.
Stay updated on challenges and regulatory developments in reputational risk management.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Strong background in corporate or crisis communications.
Proven track record in assessing influencer behaviour and managing reputational risk.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social and digital channels.
Understanding of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
Proactive mindset with exceptional prioritisation skills.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to thrive as a trusted advisor in collaborative settings.
Enthusiastic and adaptable approach to challenges.
Technologies:
