As a permanent employee, you'll report to the Client Delivery Manager and play a crucial role in managing our operational team and ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate your team to achieve UK Power Networks Services goals and ensure client satisfaction.
2. Manage maintenance programs for assets operating at voltages from 132kV to 230v.
3. Collaborate with the Client Delivery Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
5. Develop business relationships with clients and seek opportunities to improve network resilience.
Qualifications:
* Senior Authorised Person as defined by the Distribution Safety Rules.
* Experience in distribution systems through the range 132kV to 433v & 400v.
* Educated to HNC level qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of HV systems, building services systems, and specialist HV equipment.
