What you will be doing
* During the two‑year Graduate Business Management Programme you will rotate across the business, gaining vital experience in Operations, HR and Finance.
* Hands‑on experience in our office with full in‑house training from senior management, supplemented by external training tailored to personal development.
* Rotate between departments to gain insight into all areas of the industry.
* Develop key management skills, from rostering to reporting, and implement them directly.
* Collect information and report findings back to the team.
* Receive in‑house training to develop into a future leader of the business.
* Opportunity to take up positions within other areas of the business which may mean relocation around the UK.
Ideal Graduate Business Management Scheme candidate
* You are on course for or have gained a minimum of a 2:1 in a business or management related degree.
* For candidates who have studied, or are studying other disciplines and have a real interest in business and facilities management, please do apply.

* A graduate with superb communication and written skills.
