This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils' lives and play a key leadership role within the school.\n\nYour Role as SENCO:\n\nLead the strategic development of the school's SEND provision.\nCoordinate and oversee support for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), ensuring that all learners receive the tailored support they need to succeed.\nWork collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, parents, and external agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes for pupils with SEND.\nManage and review Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and ensure documentation is up to date and impactful.\nEnsure compliance with statutory requirements and SEND Code of Practice.SENCO requirements:\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a minimum of three years' classroom experience.\nNASENCO qualification (or a willingness to complete it).\nProven experience supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs in a primary school setting.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.\nA strong belief in inclusive education and high aspirations for all learners.Ready to make a difference in Brent?\n Apply now to become part of a passionate and committed team, helping every child thrive
