An excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a market-leading business with ambitious growth plans across the UK and internationally.The business works with a number of instantly recognisable clients and is continuing to expand, creating a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking finance team.Working closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making.Key responsibilities:* Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet recs, variance analysis)* Delivering reporting packs including KPIs, margins and overhead analysis* Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis* Business partnering with Operations, Production and Planning teams* Investigating costs across sales, labour and materials* Supporting ERP implementation and reporting automationAbout you:? ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or qualified by experience)? Background in manufacturing, engineering, logistics or project environments?
Strong Excel and systems skills? Comfortable working with stakeholders across the business?
