Part 3 Architect Location: London (Hybrid) Studio: MCAPS Global Type: Full-time, permanent Start date: ASAP Salary: Competitive, based on experience About Us MCAPS Global is a growing architecture and design practice delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in the UK. Our work is detail-led and delivery-focused. We're looking for a confident, technically skilled Part 3 Architect to support the Director— someone who’s comfortable leading projects, resolving site issues, and getting things built right. Your Role You’ll play a key role across multiple live projects, from Stage 3 through construction. This is a hands-on job — you’ll work closely, contractors and consultants, and support the day-to-day running of the studio. Your core focus will be technical delivery, site coordination and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include: Leading project delivery across RIBA Stages 3–6 Producing and overseeing detailed design and technical packages Managing Building Control submissions and compliance Attending and documenting site meetings; resolving on-site queries Running contract administration under RIBA/JCT contracts Coordinating with consultants, and contractors Supporting and mentoring junior team members Upholding QA procedures and managing project records Who We’re Looking For Essential: ARB-registered (Part 3 qualified) with at least 5 years post-qualification experience Experience of residential projects including architectural and interior design projects an advantage Strong technical knowledge of construction, detailing and UK Building Regulations Excellent site experience: reporting, snagging, RFIs, solving technical issues Confident with contract administration Skilled at managing drawing packages and consultant coordination Fluent in AutoCAD; Revit, Sketch up and Adobe Suite an advantage Good communicator, organised, proactive and reliable Comfortable working across multiple projects in a small, agile team What We Offer A Part 3 leadership role within a growing, design-led SME practice Direct input into how projects are delivered and how the studio evolves A supportive and collaborative studio environment A wide range of projects — practical and creatively engaging Competitive salary Hybrid working (2–3 days in studio) Regular CPD and project ownership How to Apply Please send your CV, a short cover note, and a concise portfolio (max 10MB or link) to: contact@mcapsglobal.com Subject line: Part 3 Architect – Your Name
