Team Leader required for a construction company based in the Darlington area. The purpose of this role is to lead a team of people who are responsible for planning work that is related to maintenance - planned and emergency, reactive maintenance. The RoleThe successful applicant will responsible for leading the delivery of both planned and reactive work streams across the department. This critical role requires a dynamic leader who balances operational efficiency with a commitment to exceptional customer service and commercial impact. You’ll empower your team to work collaboratively, perform at the highest level and deliver industry-leading results.Working hours are 40 per week and will be worked between the hours of 7am and 5pm to suit the needs of the business.
