The Governors of
Ripley St. John's CE Primary School and Nursery
are seeking to appoint an inspirational Specialist SEND Teaching and Learning Assistant, supporting our classes within school. We pride ourselves on being a warm and welcoming school, with a true Christian ethos, putting the children at the heart of our decision-making, striving to ensure we are 'a light for all to see'.
We are a family-feel, two form-entry primary school located in Amber Valley, Derbyshire, with 365 pupils on roll.
We are appointing for a 19.50 hour post, working with a child with a diagnosis of Autism in KS1.
Where necessary the working hours will be negotiated in line with the successful candidate and the specific requirements of the school.
Our new SEND Teaching Assistant will:
