The Role As Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of planning, executing, and optimising Truespeed's marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and optimise direct response campaigns for prospects, leads, and existing customers. About you: 4 years' experience in direct response strategy and execution (B2C/D2C preferred) Hands-on experience in briefing, building, and deploying campaigns in CRM systems Skilled in data segmentation, analytics, and surfacing actionable insights Experience managing external agencies, partners, and vendors Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA desirable) Telecoms, broadband, or subscription-based business experience is advantageous Strong communication and collaboration skills with a commercial focus Be part of a team that's transforming broadband in the South West – apply today and help shape the future of connectivity.
