When required to act in a supervisory capacity to ensure all duties of other cashiers are controlled in a manner which ensures total compliance with laws, regulations and the policies of the Group and minimises the risk of loss through error, negligence or fraud. Main Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support cashdesk cashiers to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Carry out and oversee all cash and electronic transactions including exchanges, chip redemptions, debit transactions, ATM, and payouts. Ensure compliance with company policies, safer gaming regulations, and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Monitor cash levels and coordinate cash replenishments and transfers securely. Verify and reconcile all transactions and balance cashdesk funds throughout and at the end of shifts. Prepare and review financial and operational reports; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Enforce strict adherence to internal controls, security protocols, and surveillance procedures. Handle customer disputes and inquiries professionally while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Assist in audits and compliance checks conducted by internal or external bodies. Maintain updated knowledge of gaming laws, exchange rates, and casino promotional programs. Support management in scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development. Please Note: You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling. Cashdesk Supervisors will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
