Job Description
You will report to the VP of Operations and be responsible for:
1. Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements and production targets.
2. Maintaining accurate production records, such as production output, downtime, and quality metrics.
3. Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotogravure printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
4. Leading and training a team of rotogravure machine operators and technicians involves recruiting, training, and supervising them effectively.
5. Coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials and printing consumables.
6. Focusing on Continuous Improvement requires staying updated with industry trends, advancements in printing technology, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will have
7. 5+ years of operations management experience with a Printing Manufacturing company
8. Rotogravure printing preferred, flexographic would also be considered
9. LEAN experience is a must
10. Strong leadership and communication skills
