Role Description
This is a full-time, remote, and field-based role for a Key Account Sales Manager at Croma Pharma UK. The Key Account Sales Manager will manage key customer accounts, oversee wholesale commercial activities, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.
The role involves frequent communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service to meet sales targets. It is a national sales role covering the UK and Republic of Ireland, requiring the candidate to be based in the UK and willing to travel internationally.
This role reports directly to the Head of Sales, Croma Pharma UK, IRE, NL. We seek the best talent to bring drive, innovation, and ideas, collaborating with a passionate and driven team.
Job Description Summary
* Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
* Experience in the aesthetic, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry
* Experience managing high-level accounts, wholesale distribution channels, and multi-site key accounts
* A strategic, analytical, and commercial approach to business growth
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Negotiation of contracts, pricing, and service agreements
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
