Area Manager – South London
Salary: £49,004 + Attractive Bonus Scheme
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to join the UK’s market-leading Adult Gaming Company, overseeing around .. venues across South London area.

Your Role:
As Area Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Driving the overall performance of your area, including financial results and operational excellence.
* Leading and managing your team, ensuring engagement, development, and retention.
* Overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, including Health & Safety and security protocols.
* Building a culture of success, teamwork, and customer focus across your venues.
About You:
You’re a proactive leader with:
* Proven experience in multi-site management or a similar leadership role.
* Strong people management and HR skills.
* A solid understanding of compliance, health & safety, and security requirements.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
* Flexibility to travel and adapt to the needs of your area.
