Job Summary
We are looking to employ an accounts assistant within our Head Office based in Perth.
You will be responsible for assisting with various accounts tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records within our small Accounts Team.
Responsibilities
* Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger/Credit Control/Payment Allocation
* Other duties as assigned
* Support Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in data entry and record keeping within financial systems
* Knowledge of accounts payable processes
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience in finance or accounting roles will be considered an asset
