Be part of a groundbreaking pilot service designed to support individuals transitioning from acute mental health wards back into the community. This initiative, in partnership with the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Trust, is set to launch in October 2025, and we want you on board! As a Recovery Worker, you will play a pivotal role in helping people unlock their potential and lead fulfilling lives. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Recovery Worker, you will: Provide recovery-focused support through key working sessions and group activities. Develop tailored support and risk management plans for individuals. Facilitate effective discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions. Encourage positive change and independence in the lives of those you support. Work on a 24-hour rolling rota, including evenings, weekends, and waking night shifts.

We are looking for someone who: Has experience in the mental health sector and a solid understanding of the recovery model. Possesses a solution-focused attitude and a person-centred approach. Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts well to challenges. Has a genuine interest in helping others, with a deep level of empathy and patience.
