The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven National Account Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid position, with regular access to our West Yorkshire Head Office and occasional travel to meet with key retail partners.
In this role, you will take ownership of managing and developing our national retail accounts, building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales with existing national retail accounts.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the retail sector.
* Develop strong, long-term relationships with retail buyers and senior stakeholders.
* Deliver agreed sales targets and KPIs.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategy.
* Work closely with the product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure customer needs are met.
* Represent JAY-BE at trade shows, customer events, and key industry gatherings.
About You
* An advantage but not essential is a proven track record in Furniture, Bed or Mattress industry, with established customer relationships.
* Experience managing key national accounts and achieving strong sales growth.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially astute, with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid and fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel.
