Robert Half are excited to announce we are exclusively working with an industry leading manufacturing company who are looking for a highly skilled & experienced Shipping/Logistics Co-ordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a friendly company in a varied role where you cover all aspects of import and export.
THE ROLE:
1. Formulate and sign off transport invoices for export and imports.
2. Maintaining and build relationships with freight forwarders to obtain competitive rates.
3. Goods in management.
4. Maintaining all scheduled and calendars relating to stock owned by the company.
5. Checking supplier documentation.
6. Executing import clearances and dealing with any issues in a timely manner.
7. Ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
THE PERSON:
8. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
9. Experience in a Shipping/Logistics Co-ordinator role, or similar.
10. Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
11. Friendly and positive attitude and happy to get stuck in.
5 days in the office. FREE PARKING AND GYM ON-SITE.
