They’re now looking for a Founding Machine Learning Engineer to join the core technical team and lead the development of their ML systems from the ground up.

As a founding ML engineer, you’ll be deeply involved in shaping the entire ML pipeline - from research and prototyping to model deployment and optimisation. Python and modern ML libraries (e.g. AWS and cloud infrastructure for scalable training and inference
ML ops tooling, model monitoring, and data pipelines
Bonus: experience with LLMs & generative AI is a strong plus
Top-tier academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths or a related field – Oxbridge, Imperial, or equivalent
~4+ years of hands-on ML experience, ideally in fast-moving start-up environments
~ A strong track record of building and deploying ML models into production
~ Solid understanding of ML system design, experimentation, and model evaluation
~ Passion for pushing boundaries in AI - and for building real products, not just prototypes
~ Happy working 5 days/week on-site in a Central London office, shoulder to shoulder with the founding team
