Role Overview Responsible for developing product sales across a defined geographical area and achieving set area sales budgets, covering the North East of England. Key Responsibilities * Promote the company professionally and positively at all times. * Develop a strategic network of key contractors and secure project business for the Civils product portfolio. * Manage key projects from start to completion with regular updates. * Collaborate with Specification, Developer, Key Account teams, and the wider Polypipe Group. * Maintain close working relationships with internal departments including sales, technical, and commercial teams. * Generate technical sales enquiries and convert them into orders. * Maintain technical competence across the full Civils product range. * Grow the supply chain by working closely with key merchant groups. * Report market conditions and competitor activity. * Maintain a managed project log and provide weekly sales forecasts. Skills and Experience * Commercial and technical sales experience. * Proven record in developing new and existing business. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful pitches. * Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. * Adaptable and self-motivated. * Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. * Must have a valid UK Driving Licence.
