Vehicle Technician
Location: Ashford
Salary: £36,831 Basic + Bonus, OTE £40,000+
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday Friday, No Weekends
We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership in Ashford. This role is perfect for a technician looking to work Monday to Friday while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training, excellent career progression, and a modern workshop environment.

Vehicle Technician Role Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, warranty work and repairs to manufacturer standards
Complete routine maintenance including oil services, cambelt replacements and general mechanical repairs
Conduct electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs) and complete accurate digital job cards
Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
Collaborate with the workshop team to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction
Vehicle Technician Requirements Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician
Experience with servicing, diagnostics and repair work
MOT Licence advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Full UK Driving Licence
