Secondment/Fixed term – 31/03/26

Applications are invited for the post of Medical Administrator within the Clinical Radiology Department at Ninewells Hospital. You will be part of a small team providing administrative support including Reception cover and booking Radiology appointments using the CRIS (Clinical Radiology Information System). Full training will be provided.

Good typing and minute taking skills are required. Knowledge of medical terminology would be desirable but not essential. Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this position.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Current NHS Tayside Employee’s - Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.

Hours of work are: 37 Monday - Friday
