Our Social Work team is looking for a motivated, relationship-oriented Recruitment Consultant to build and manage a nationwide network of Qualified Social Workers for temporary and permanent public sector roles. In this dynamic, KPI-driven position, you’ll operate in a fast-paced environment as you proactively source candidates and grow your own talent pool, developing long-term relationships with Social Workers across the UK.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000
