Role Summary
The Ageas Claims team is seeking an experienced Building Repair Network Operations Manager to manage our growing and dynamic Building Repair Network. The role will be responsible for the operation and well‑being of Ageas’ contractor network, ensuring all standards are met in a timely and accurate manner and setting the standard for service, quality and cost accuracy excellence.
Responsibilities
* Lead national building repair operations to ensure resilience, compliance, and excellent customer outcomes.
* Drive cost control through strong commercial management, supplier oversight, and risk mitigation.
* Build and manage a high‑performing national network of repair contractors and fulfilment partners.
* Identify and manage operational, commercial, regulatory, and supply chain risks across BAU and surge activity.
* Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to keep Ageas’ fulfilment capability competitive and future‑ready.
