Account Manager (Hybrid) – Newcastle upon Tyne

We’re looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building strong relationships, understanding client goals, and working with internal teams to deliver great outcomes
What you’ll do
* Own a portfolio of customers and strengthen long-term relationships
* Identify needs and shape solutions with colleagues across the business
* Manage renewals, account growth and customer success
* Keep CRM activity accurate and up to date
* Lead stakeholder conversations ️, proposals and presentations
What we’re looking for
* Experience in account management / customer success / relationship-led sales
* Strong communication and organisation ️
* Comfortable with targets and commercial goals
* Confident using a CRM + MS Office
Experience guide: typically 5+ years relevant experience (but we’re open to discussing your background ).
Location - Hybrid role based from our Newcastle office .
