Company Overview:
Due to continued growth and expansion, our prestigious client is currently looking to recruit a HGV refuse driver, to join their growing team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a local team, supporting with their transport activities across the area.
Role Overview:
Operate Class 2 vehicles to collect household, commercial, or recycling waste, managing crew safety and vehicle compliance.
Responsibilities
1. daily pre-use vehicle checks
2. navigating tight residential streets
3. operating lifting mechanisms and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
4. Collecting bins/loading bins
Job Requirements:
5. Refuse driver experience required at least 6 months
6. Flexible to work weekend
7. A full UK driving licence with category class 2 entitlement
8. A valid Digital Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
