The Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients to provide commercially astute advice and ensuring exceptional delivery standards. This role will involve: Managing both pre and post-contract duties. Producing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and reports. Leading on procurement and tender processes. Building strong, long-term client relationships. Working as part of a supportive team, with opportunities to mentor junior surveyors.This position offers a clear route to Senior Quantity Surveyor level and beyond, supported by comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.
