About the Role
As a VIP Host/Hostess, you'll be the go-to guide and support for our most important guests—including celebrities, press, influencers, and invited families.
You’ll ensure every detail of their journey is smooth, personalised, and joyful—from the moment they arrive to their final farewell. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
What You’ll Do
* Personally host VIP guests throughout their Lapland journey
* Deliver seamless guest experiences in line with the LaplandUK standard
* Liaise with internal teams including wardrobe, gifting, F&B, and performance
* Ensure all setups (seating, dining, experience spaces) are ready in advance
* Handle live feedback or changes with calm, clear communication
* Ensure accessibility needs or special requests are fulfilled discreetly
* Act as a joyful, composed presence—whatever the day brings
Who We’re Looking For
You're a natural host—confident, warm, and emotionally intelligent, with a background in luxury service, events, hospitality, or entertainment.
You’ll bring:
* 1+ year experience in guest-facing roles
* A polished and professional demeanour
* The ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* A calm, proactive attitude in fast-moving environments
* A love for storytelling, theatre, and delivering magic
