As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership team in talent management, performance, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will help develop and implement HR priorities aligned with global and organizational goals.
Responsibilities include:
* Consulting with leaders in the UK and European regions, focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business.
* Using change management strategies to support business transformation.
* Supporting organizational change by working with senior management and HR colleagues.
* Partnering with the global HR team to deliver value-added services.
* Working with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and effectiveness.
* Managing TUPE projects and interfacing with departments and HR leadership.
* Leading talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes.
* Collaborating with Talent Acquisition on recruitment.
* Handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and developing performance improvement plans.
* Leading HR or business initiatives, such as organizational changes or cultural initiatives.
* Providing coaching and counseling to employees and managers on sensitive issues.
Qualifications:
* Senior HR experience in a business-facing role, with talent management and employee relations expertise.
* Change management and organizational development experience.
* 12-month contract commitment.
