We are recruiting Support Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team across the Surrey area. This is a rewarding role for someone who is caring, reliable, and passionate about supporting others to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing person-centred support with daily living activities
* Supporting individuals to maintain independence and choice
* Promoting independence and choice
* Assisting with personal care where required
* Encouraging social activities and community involvement
* Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
What We are Looking For:
* A caring, patient and respectful attitude
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability and flexibility (including evenings/weekends)
* A valid UK driving licence is desirable.
* Previous experience is an advantage but not essential – full training provided
