They are seeking anexperienced Property Managerto join their property management team.

Key Details:
* Ideally ARLA qualified or with a strong understanding of property legislation
* Small, close-knit team of 7; seeking the right personality to match our company culture
This role involves
* Property inspections,
* Check-ins, check-outs,
* Inventories, and other property management tasks NOTtenancy agreement drafting
* Must be a driver and comfortable conducting inspections on-site
* Ideally located close to the office with good local knowledge
* Professional, personable, and capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members
What We Offer:
* Basic salary of £30,000 per annum (potential of earning commission upon completion of probation period)
Working hours:
* 9:00 am 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday
* 9:00 am 5:00 pm Friday,
* AlternateSaturdays10:00 am 3:00 pm (a day off in lieu will be provided)
* Mileage allowance at 45p per mile
* 28 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
Requirements:
* Proven experience in property management within the Lettings industry is essential
* Familiarity with Alto CRM or similar systems
* Full UK drivers license and use of own vehicle is essential
