Your work will directly impact how aerospace support is delivered - from managing customer interactions to migrating essential documentation.\n\nYour Responsibilities as part of the team\n\nAs part of Salesforce Administration, you will manage inboxes for Technical Publications & Support, validate customer accounts and domains, assign and update Salesforce cases, and support PHConnect sign-ups and document access.
