Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Option to work flexibly from Weston House, London or from home.

Join the NSPCC as a Fundraiser in the Third Party Events team, and get more people involved in change that means everything.
Do you have experience of managing high-profile, third party mass participation events? Are you interested in managing teams of 250+ supporters in events such as the Great North Run, Cardiff Half Marathon, London Landmarks Half Marathon among others?
We're looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Fundraiser to join this team of six,raising vital funds so that we can continue our fight for every childhood.
About the role
You'll manage a number of large-scale sporting events across our extensive portfolio, including runs, cycles, treks, challenges and more. You'll also be involved in long-term projects to increase supporter engagement, improve efficiencies and deliver our ambitious Third Party Events strategy.
The role entails:
1. Project management of specific events – from planning and budgeting, to the development and execution of marketing, stewardship and on the day plans, and evaluation.
2. Delivering an event experience that surpasses supporters' expectations, in order to maximise the income raised and build loyalty.
3. Liaising with colleagues across the charity, and event providers, agencies and suppliers to maximise opportunities.
4. Working closely with the team manager to identify and implement new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Experience of delivering large scale, mass participation events
6. Excellent project management, communication and organisational skills
7. The ability to build and develop relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
8. Experience of delivering tailored event stewardship plans to a range of participant types
9. Events fundraising experience is essential.
