Job Description
As the Construction Site Manager, you will assist in maintaining a safe working environment within company workplaces and ensure compliance with the company’s Health & Safety policies and all H&S aspects on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise, guide, and instruct subcontractors on site.
* Communicate with professional design teams and clients as necessary.
* Attend meetings as required.
* Coordinate with Directors weekly to ensure programme and targets are met.
* Assist in identifying instructed variations on site.
* Oversee all aspects of the onsite construction process.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Site management experience with a main contractor.
* Proven experience managing sites for residential and mixed-use projects.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
* Experience with structural works, groundworks, and high-end finishes.
* Financial and commercial awareness regarding costing and sustainability.
* Ability to build excellent working relationships.
* Strong team and people management skills.
* Motivated and able to engage with all levels of staff, colleagues, and third parties.
* Excellent communication skills.
