ITSystems Technician
Location: Singapore

Reports to: Operations Director
We are looking for a proactive and skilled ITSystems Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensurethe smooth operation of our IT systems, supporting both end-users and core ITinfrastructure across the business. You will play a key role in maintainingservers, networks, and user devices, as well as assisting with IT projects andsystem upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for end-users, includingdesktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
* Install, configure, and maintain servers, networkdevices, and software applications.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware,software, and network issues.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access throughActive Directory.
* Assist in network administration, including LAN/WAN,VPN, and Wi-Fi support.
* Support backup and disaster recovery processes,ensuring business continuity.
* Liaise with vendors for IT procurement, maintenance,and licensing.
* Maintain documentation of IT systems, assets, andsupport processes.
* Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and systemmigrations as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, ComputerScience, or related field.
* 3–5+ years of experience in IT support, systems, ornetwork administration.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, ActiveDirectory, Intune, networking and Microsoft 365.
* Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V),backups, and system monitoring tools.
* Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and documentation skills.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Server+,Microsoft MCSA, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
