As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll be working 0600-1600 each week on the Monday to Friday shift. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive hourly rate of £14.37. What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Organise small a team, including planning workloads and delegating tasks
2. Creating a productive environment using appropriate strategies
3. Managing KPI's for team performance with daily review
4. Assisting managers in day to day running of operation
5. Ensuring all H&S incidents are reported through appropriate platforms
6. Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals
What you need to succeed at XPO:
7. Ideally an FLT licence
8. MHE experience would be very advantageous
9. A willingness to learn and build a new career
10. An interest or previous experience in Warehousing
