Pay Rates
* £12.21 per hour (7am-11pm)
* £15.18 per hour (11pm-7am)
* Enhanced rate of £15.71 per hour when working between Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am.
Please note that the weekend rate is a non-contractual incentive for working unsociable hours and you will be paid £12.21 during your training.
Working Hours
We understand the importance of flexibility. We are offering part-time shifts of 24 hours per week with a choice of Mornings (07:00 - 13:00) on various weekdays (including some weekend shifts) and Afternoons/Evenings (15:00 - 21:00 on various evenings), including some weekend hours of 18:00 - 00:00.
Role
This role cannot be worked remotely, and you must be able to attend shifts in our 111-contact centre: Unit 4, Dorking Business Park, Station Road, Dorking, RH4 1HJ.
Training and Development
We offer extensive, fully paid training to equip you with the skills to become a qualified Health Advisor and learn the advanced NHS 111 triage tool.
* Full-Time: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) for 4 weeks
* Part-Time: Tue, Weds, Thurs (6pm-9:30pm) and Sat-Sun (9am-5pm) for 6 weeks
Our current training date availability is Full-Time Course starting on 22nd September 2025. If you can't start on 22nd September, you may start in October or beyond.
* It is essential that you attend training every day.
* You will undergo assessments and call audits throughout training. Passing these is essential to continue with the role. Failure to pass on your second attempt will result in no longer being able to continue with the role.
* After training, you will receive an additional 8 weeks of support to ensure you’re ready to be signed off as a fully accredited Pathways Health Advisor.
