Duties for the Telemarketer will include but not be limited to the following:
Conduct outbound calls
Gather and document customer information
Set appointments for sales representatives when a lead is generated.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales in our CRM system.
Handle customer rejections professionally and courteously.
Identify and overcome objections to successfully close sales or generate leads.
The ideal candidate for the Telemarketer will have the following:
Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and engaging phone voice.
Strong active listening skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe them persuasively.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Patience and ability to handle customer rejection.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word) is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
