About Sova:

Sova is a cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform dedicated to revolutionising the talent assessment process. Talent Acquisition teams in leading enterprises including Vodafone, Unilever, Sky and Nationwide use our solutions to streamline hiring workflows, enhance candidate experiences, and make data-driven hiring decisions. The Regional Sales Manager role is integral to our growth plans and is responsible for new and existing logo ARR revenue and the growth of enterprise-level SaaS subscriptions, managing end-to-end sales cycles from initiation through to close and a signed contract.


About the role:

* Deliver annual revenue in line with specified quarterly targets and OKRs.
* Achieve a 20% conversion rate from pipeline in line with team OKRs.
* Aim for 50% of deals to be multiyear in line with team OKRs.
* Price solutions to deliver 75% TCV or higher gross margin in line with team OKRs
* Manage a pipeline which is x4 or x5 of your revenue target.
* Develop strategic relationships with designated existing clients alongside your CSM colleagues for up and cross sell opportunities.
* Determine and sell to sector ICP’s and specifically to enterprise clients.
* Proactively nurture MQLs into opportunities through personalised follow-ups and collaboration with marketing and in accordance to Sova’s bid policy.
* Share timely, structured feedback with Marketing on common objections, market trends, and client needs to help shape messaging and campaign strategy.
* Support marketing with outbound efforts and conduct your own personal outreach to generate pipeline from target accounts
* Manage your pipeline and forecasting in sf.com for accurate forecasting.
* Deliver high quality demos tailored to client’s requirements.
* Lead the response to invitations to tender.
* Work closely with internal teams to assist in the scoping, development, and delivery of client solutions. • Attend networking events, webinars and exhibitions.
* Develop expertise and knowledge around your designated sectors.
* Raise invoices in a timely manner.
* Initiate thorough handovers to your CSM colleagues and client kick off meetings with the wider project team and clients following resourcing.


About you:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales
* Knowledge of psychometrics and experience selling assessment technology.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strategic thinker
* Passion for technology and an interest in staying current with industry trends
* Commercially minded and driven to succeed against targets
