They are seeking a passionate and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join their dynamic team. As a leading provider of telemarketing services, they offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
What the role of a Telemarketing Executive includes:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
* Conducting outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
* Researching target companies and contacts to understand their business needs and challenges.
* Building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Appointment Setting:
* Engaging in non-scripted, professional conversations with senior decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, directors, managers).
* Identifying key pain points and articulating the client's value proposition.
* Securing qualified meetings or appointments for the client's sales team.
Sales & Relationship Management:
* Making direct telesales to close deals for clients where appropriate.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients' key contacts.
* Following up on leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Data & Administration:
* Accurately recording all call activities, outcomes, and lead information in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
* Maintaining a clean and up-to-date database of prospects.
* Generating reports on call metrics and campaign performance.
Market Intelligence:
* Gathering and documenting information about market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.
* Providing insights to help clients refine their sales and marketing strategies.
A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Exceptional Communication
* This is the most crucial skill. A successful telemarketer must be articulate, confident, and persuasive. They need to be able to engage in intelligent, non-scripted conversations, listen actively to client needs, and adapt their tone and style to different people and situations.
Active Listening
* The ability to truly listen and understand a prospect's challenges and pain points is essential. This allows the telemarketer to tailor their message and identify whether the prospect is a good fit for their client's solution.
Resilience & Persistence
* This role involves a high volume of calls and frequent rejection. Success requires the mental toughness to handle setbacks, remain positive, and keep making calls. A persistent, "never give up" attitude is vital.
Rapport-Building
* The ability to quickly establish trust and a professional connection over the phone is key. This moves the conversation beyond a simple cold call and into a more collaborative discussion.
Time Management & Organisation
* A successful telemarketer needs to be highly organised to manage their call schedule, follow-up tasks, and track their pipeline effectively. They must be able to prioritise leads and activities to meet targets.
Curiosity & Problem-Solving
* A naturally inquisitive person who enjoys learning about different businesses and industries will excel. They should be able to ask insightful questions to uncover a client's needs and then position their own client's solution as the answer.
Goal Orientation
* This is a target-driven role. Success requires a strong desire to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of calls made, appointments set, or leads generated.
CRM Proficiency
* The ability to use CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) to log activities, track leads, and manage data is a non-negotiable practical skill.
In return for your hard work and commitment, our client offers fantastic benefits and incentives including:
* Competitive salary and commission structure.
* Opportunities for career advancement.
* Comprehensive training and development.
* Supportive and collaborative work environment.
* Generous holiday allowance and flexible working arrangements.
* Recognition programs and incentives for top performers
