Are you an experienced School Administrator with a strong working knowledge of Arbor MIS?

A thriving secondary school in Manchester is seeking a confident and proactive School Administrator to join their office team immediately for the new academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced school environment where your organisational and technical skills will make a real difference.

School Administrator – Job Summary

📍 Location: Manchester
🕒 Start Date: Immediate
💼 Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time

Your Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update accurate student records using Arbor MIS
Monitor and manage attendance data, reporting and follow-up
Assist with admissions, enrolment, and timetabling
Handle general administrative tasks including emails, phones, and reception duties
Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate data handling and compliance
Deliver exceptional customer service to students, parents, and visitors

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience using Arbor MIS in a school setting
Previous school or college administrative experience
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and data management systems
Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
Friendly and professional communication skills
