Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially focused Management Accountant to join a fast-paced, global eCommerce business based in Manchester. This role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance across multiple international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
* Deliver timely and insightful variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
* Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes across global business units
* Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, margin, and customer acquisition costs
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
Key Requirements
* Newly qualified or finalist accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Previous experience in a management accounting or similar role
* Experience in eCommerce, retail, or a fast-paced commercial environment preferred
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
