Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads
2. Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and continuously optimise campaigns for ROI
3. Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other tools
4. Report writing and campaign success measurement.
5. Implement and support on-site and off-site SEO strategies
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage website content and UX improvements
7. Create and manage landing pages to support campaign objectives
8. Assist in the creation and distribution of digital content including email campaigns, blogs, and case studies
9. Track conversions and set up goals to evaluate campaign effectiveness
10. Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and apply best practices to all campaigns
11. Support other marketing activities such as social media management, event promotions, and brand initiatives as required
Skills & Experience
Essential:
12. 3+ years of proven experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads) running multiple campaigns for various
13. Strong analytical skills and experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Data Studio
14. Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
15. Excellent copywriting and communication skills
16. Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress
17. Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously
18. A keen eye for detail and a proactive, data-driven mindset
Desirable:
19. Experience in B2B/industrial marketing or manufacturing sectors
20. Data analysis experience
21. Previous experience in a digital marketing agency running multiple successful campaigns with strong ROI
22. Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva experience
