Description The Front Office Support (FOS) Administration Team provides centralised administrative support across all business divisions, including London and regional branches. As part of this team, you will collaborate with Wealth and Portfolio Managers, IMAs, and other Assistants to ensure administrative processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant. Key Responsibilities Manage core administrative tasks, including: Processing, printing, and archiving correspondence Updating data and handling call backs Supporting on boarding account applications Completing probate-related tasks (e.g., valuations and documentation) Preparing and scheduling Suitability Meeting Packs Communicating with stakeholders on corporate actions Coordinating mail merges and distributing information Maintain and improve desk procedures to support best practice Identify and escalate potential risks Work collaboratively with other departments and middle office teams Deliver a professional and inclusive service to internal and external clients Keep accurate records and audit trails to meet regulatory requirements Qualifications & Experience GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English CISI IOC Unit 1 (Introduction to Securities & Investment) – preferred Previous experience in Wealth Management or financial services (advantageous but not essential). Previous experience in administration Skills & Knowledge Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders Commitment to being a positive role model and team contributor Information Provider (IP) Requirements Under MIFID II Regulations, an Information Provider (IP) shares information on behalf of the Company regarding financial instruments, investment services, and/or ancillary services with clients and prospective clients. To qualify, you must: Demonstrate the required knowledge, qualifications, and competence Have at least six months of experience in the role Undergo an annual competence reassessment Maintain competence through ongoing professional development (CPD)
