Here, you will make an impact by: Carrying out on site and off site service and warranty support of EN Scott Safety product to designated customers. recommending appropriate improvements to infield service of product. ensuring that invoices for all services on and off site are issued in a timely manner. ensuring that all records for servicing are correctly and accurately maintained and up to date. Supporting the Servicing manager to audit and review service centers in the designated region. Ensuring the company commitment to quality and customer care is transmitted to the customers through the servicing function.
