We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us generate more high-quality enquiries, improve conversion, and strengthen how marketing supports sales. The Role This is a varied, hands-on position where you’ll take ownership of marketing activity across campaigns, digital channels, CRM, and website performance. You’ll play a key role in attracting prospects, keeping them engaged, and turning interest into real commercial opportunities. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital channels and CRM Drive new business acquisition and re-engage previous customers Improve website performance, landing pages, and conversion journeys Manage email marketing and lead nurturing activity Support paid and organic marketing, including working with external agencies Help coordinate webinars, events, and commercial campaigns Track and report on leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance Work closely with sales to improve follow-up and conversion Support content creation, messaging, and case studies What We’re Looking For Experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign delivery Comfortable working across email, CRM, websites, and digital channels Commercially aware, with a focus on generating enquiries and improving conversion Organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams Desirable Experience in recruitment, staffing, healthcare, or B2B services Experience working closely with sales teams Experience managing or working with external agencies Why Join Us?
