What you’ll be doing
* Be the first point of contact for clients, providing HR and employment law advice via phone and email
* Support managers and business owners with real-world, practical solutions
* Handle a wide range of cases including: disciplinary & grievance, redundancy, TUPE, absence management, settlement agreements
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality advice
* Get involved in reviewing client’s documents and client support work
* Contribute to HR articles and online content
* Take part in an out-of-hours rota (with additional pay)
What we’re looking for
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
* Experience in HR, Employee Relations, or an advisory role
* Strong understanding of UK employment law
* Confidence in handling complex or sensitive cases
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
* A proactive, positive, and professional approach
