Salary: £14.04 per hour
Shift times: bank 0 hour contract
Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, friends, and health care professionals.
* Provide the highest standard of care to service users, ensuring the care is comparable to that which would be provided to family members.
* Use latest care technology to spend more time with residents.
* Write care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
* Flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people.
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
* Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
